Larissa RoßLarissa Roß, born in 1990, is a student from Germany. She lived in Westerland and moved to Bamberg to study European Economic Studies. During her school time she has done internships at an industrial manufacturing company, trained a gymnastics class and participated at an AIDS prevention project.

In 2012 she joined AIESEC, working for the Outgoing Exchange Team. Her motivation for joining is that through gaining exchange experience, people all over the world get a better understanding of different cultures, prevent conflicts and respect each other. Therefore she decided to participate in the GCDP, Global Community Development Programme, and picked out the internship at Self Help Foundation in Kampala, Uganda. The reason for choosing this project is on one hand the fact that people in Africa can benefit the most from incoming interns. At the other hand, the good sounding job description convinced her taking that opportunity.

Larissa is an open-minded person, who enjoys challenging herself in order to improve her skills and character. Besides, she is ambitious concerning her work and loves taking new chances.
